Elder Law is an emerging area of the legal field where we're dealing primarily with individuals that would be 55 and older. It's a very broad spectrum and it's emerging constantly. It runs the gambit from financial planning to disability planning. When you're working with an Elder Law attorney, or in an Elder Law circumstance, you really have to be careful that you're working with an individual that is well-trained in all of the areas, not only the law, but the medical, as well as the sociological issues that are involved with all of that.
